Cirrus Airlines respects your privacy. Our company collects, saves and uses personal data in adherence to legal regulations. The body responsible according to the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) is Cirrus Airlines Luftfahrtgesellschaft mbH, Zeppelinstraße 1, 85399 Hallbergmoos.

We only use your information with your consent to support and expand our business relationship with you, i.e. to process your flight reservation and offer further services or to provide you with special offers and information about products, services and our company. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only provide personal data to third parties that do not belong to Cirrus Airlines with your consent, according to legal regulations, that adhere to our contractual commitments and share our data protection policy as well as our data protection measures. You can contact Cirrus Airlines at any time if you have questions or comments about our privacy policy. Similarly, you can request information at any time about which personal data Cirrus Airlines has saved about you and correct or delete this information. It is our aim to guarantee the highest level of security and confidentiality.

III. Which personal data and information does Cirrus Airlines save about you

Cirrus Airlines only requires some specific personal data. This information is required to process your flight reservation, to provide you with services, to respond to requests from you, to help you with technical problems or to contact you at your request.

Newsletter
If you have given your consent, we or our subsidiaries will send you information about our services or inform you of interesting special offers. Such information can include references to special offers, new flight destinations and new services. This direct marketing will only be sent by Cirrus Airlines (or third parties acting for Cirrus Airlines). If you are no longer interested in this information, you have the opportunity to unsubscribe to the newsletter on our website www.cirrusairlines.de. All you have to do is enter you e-mail address at “Unsubscribe Newsletter" and you will no longer receive any more newsletters from us.
 

IV. When does Cirrus Airlines share personal data

Your data may be shared with other Cirrus Airlines departments, members of staff or contractual partners such as service providers, marketing partners or financial institutions who provide services for Cirrus Airlines. Cirrus Airlines respects that this information may only be used within the limitations of your consent for the services provided for Cirrus Airlines and that this information is to be treated confidentially. Personal information about you (e.g., name, address and telephone number) or information about your flight reservation will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes without your prior consent.

Your Rights
We will inform you upon request and within reasonable time about the type of data saved about you, the reason for storage and the possible recipients or recipient types. When requested in writing and within reasonable time, we will also correct, delete and/or freeze personal data for further processing if this information proves to be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant for processing.
 

V.Storage of Access Data / Use of Google Anlytics

Where a user accesses the website of Cirrus Airlines and in every case where a file is retrieved, access data are stored via this process in a journal file on our provider's server (One 4 Vision). Each data record consists of:

1) the page from which the file was requested,
2) the name of the file,
3) the date and time of the request,
4) the data volume transferred,
5) the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
6) a description of the type of webbrowser used,
7) dynamic IP-address.

The above data was recorded anonymously and analyzed for the following purposes:

for diverse statistical evaluations, e.g. for further optimizing our website,
for internal recording of errors including their rectification.

After the conclusion of the above statistical evaluations or after correction of the errors the data is deleted.

This website also uses Google Analytics, a web-analysis service by Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, text files stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the webiste. The information generated by the cookie through your use of this website (including your IP-address) are transmitted to a Google server in the US and stored there. VI. Internet commerce

At www.cirrusairlines.de you can select various options to protect credit card details, name, address, e-mail and other information provided by you. Cirrus Airlines plays close attention to making sure that collected customer data is secure. Via your browser, Cirrus Airlines utilises standard safety measures – so called SSL encryption. If you do not wish to submit your credit card details online you can also complete your purchase by calling our service centre.
